A Social Emergency, A Strategic Opportunity

  • 13 million people in France still lack basic digital fluency.
  • 90% of all modern jobs now require digital proficiency.
  • AI is projected to impact 1 in 2 jobs by 2035, while creating 1.5 million new technical roles by 2030.
