Digital Fluency & Empowerment

For many, the digital world can feel inaccessible or even intimidating.

To bridge this divide, we offer introductory pathways that allow individuals to master the basics of technology, explore its professional applications, and envision themselves in high-growth, high-demand roles.

These accelerated, practical, and progressive courses restore confidence, drive upward mobility, and spark new career interests. 2024 Impact: More than 7,500 individuals benefited from our digital fluency initiatives.

"After arriving from Senegal in 2018 as a mother of four, I faced many challenges before obtaining my residency permit. Joining the 'Digital Skills for Employment' course allowed me to build a solid foundation and regain my confidence. Today, I’m using my skills to give back to the social services sector."

Pathways to Employment

Workforce integration is about more than just a training course; it requires holistic, human-centered support. We guide individuals in transition as they develop their career roadmaps, market their skill sets, and secure sustainable employment.

In collaboration with corporate partners and workforce development organizations, we deliver rigorous, personalized pathways. Our ambition : is for every person we support to find their place in a mission-driven industry.

"At Simplon, the learning is active, practical, and collaborative. That’s what makes it so motivating. But what I appreciated most was the openness toward people who have been away from the classroom for a long time, and the efficiency of the application process—everything is designed to support motivated candidates."
