The Simplon Foundation develops digital inclusion programs tailored to specific communities, ensuring everyone has access to the skills and opportunities of the modern tech economy. Our initiatives combine innovative teaching methods, individualized support, and robust partnerships to deliver measurable.

Hackeuses
Designed for women furthest from the workforce and the digital economy, the Hackeuses program allows participants to explore tech careers in a supportive environment with no prerequisites. Through hands-on workshops, dedicated coaching, and networking events, it restores confidence and creates clear pathways to training or high-growth employment. This program drives gender diversity in a male-dominated sector and actively helps women overcome "imposter syndrome."

Refugeeks
The Refugeeks program is dedicated to refugees and recent arrivals. It provides an introduction to digital tools and their professional applications while facilitating social integration. Through inclusive teaching and intensive support, participants rebuild their confidence, develop essential skills, and transition toward further training or employment. The program celebrates diverse backgrounds and fosters long-term economic independence.

For ALL
For ALL is an inclusive program designed specifically for individuals with disabilities. It aims to remove barriers to digital access by adapting teaching methods and tools to individual needs. Each session includes enhanced support: a dedicated Disability Access Coordinator in every region, personalized career coaching, and hands-on workshops. Participants build technical skills, regain confidence, and develop realistic career roadmaps.
2024 Impact
Pilot session launched in Marseille, France. 16 individuals supported, with a 70% placement success rate six months post-training.
