Our initiatives
To ensure that technology benefits everyone, the Simplon Foundation takes concrete action on the ground, both in France and internationally. Our work is built on three core pillars: bridging the digital divide for underserved communities, accelerating workforce integration, and scaling our inclusive solutions globally. This is a collective commitment rooted in social impact and digital equity.
Digital Inclusion Programs
The Simplon Foundation designs and supports programs specifically for those furthest from the digital economy and the workforce. Whether it’s women with limited formal education, at-risk youth, refugees, or people with disabilities, our participants discover digital fundamentals in a supportive, high-energy environment.
These programs are designed to unlock potential, spark new career interests, and create a "level playing field," regardless of a person's starting point. Our bespoke curricula rely on active learning, accelerated formats, and 1-on-1 coaching.
Career Integration & Workforce Development
A central goal of the Simplon Foundation is fostering long-term employment within the tech sector. We support digital literacy, re-engagement, and career-readiness pathways that help learners gain the skills, confidence, and professional networks needed to succeed. By working closely with local stakeholders and corporate partners, these initiatives meet real market demands while boosting the financial independence of our beneficiaries. Each pathway is designed as a springboard into a high-growth career or a certified technical credential.
