A Structured, Impact-Driven Framework
The Simplon Foundation’s governance is built on complementary committees that ensure consistency, transparency, and maximum scalability across all initiatives.
The Board of Directors: Responsible for the Foundation's overarching strategy and long-term vision. The Investment Committee: Tasked with evaluating and monitoring supported projects, with a rigorous focus on social ROI and mission alignment. The Selection Committee: Completes our governance framework by vetting and validating project proposals throughout the year to ensure they align with our core impact goals.
