Refugeeks : A Launchpad for Digital Equity

With the launch of the Refugeeks 2025 cohort, the Simplon Foundation reaffirms its commitment to a more equitable digital landscape. This program, designed for refugees and asylees, provides a vital first step toward long-term career integration in the high-growth tech sector.

Over the course of eight weeks, participants receive an introduction to web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), a French language module focused on professional skills (FOS), career guidance, and opportunities to meet with recruiters and partner companies.

The rich diversity of our participants hailing from Afghanistan, Eritrea, Ukraine, Syria, Mauritania, and Sri Lanka is a testament to the program's mission: to uncover untapped talent and provide a high-standard, supportive learning environment.
Since 2019, over 488 refugees have been trained through the Refugeeks initiative. We maintain a rigorous focus on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), with women making up 35% of participants on average.

The class of 2025 has a 100% graduation rate.
The BNP Paribas Foundation continues its strategic support for the program this year, alongside a wide network of committed corporate partners.

Support Our Mission

The mission of the Simplon Foundation is only possible thanks to the support of corporations, individuals, and strategic partners who believe that digital equity can permanently transform our society.
