Avec la promotion Refugeeks 2025, Simplon Foundation r\u00e9affirme son engagement en faveur d\u2019un num\u00e9rique plus inclusif. Le programme, destin\u00e9 aux personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es, demandeuses d\u2019asile ou b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de la protection subsidiaire, vise \u00e0 leur offrir une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers une insertion professionnelle durable dans les m\u00e9tiers du num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n

Pendant huit semaines, les apprenant\u00b7e\u00b7s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une initiation au d\u00e9veloppement web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), d\u2019un module de fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 vis\u00e9e professionnelle (FOS), d\u2019un accompagnement \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, et de rencontres avec des recruteurs et entreprises partenaires.<\/p>\n

La diversit\u00e9 des parcours et des origines, Afghanistan, \u00c9rythr\u00e9e, Ukraine, Syrie, Mauritanie, Sri Lanka, entre autres, illustre bien la vocation du programme : r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des talents trop souvent invisibilis\u00e9s, et leur offrir un cadre d\u2019apprentissage s\u00e9curis\u00e9, exigeant et bienveillant.
Depuis 2019, plus de 488 personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9es dans le cadre de Refugeeks, avec une attention constante port\u00e9e \u00e0 la mixit\u00e9 : 35 % de femmes en moyenne par session.<\/p>\n

La promotion 2025 affiche un taux de r\u00e9ussite de 100 %.<\/strong>
